ORDERS & CUT-OFF TIME
If an order has been placed online and you did not receive a confirmation from us, please call our hotline at (65) 9754 4853 to verify. Please double check on your Junk Mail / In Mail box.
Please allow at least (1) working day for items to be delivered or self-collected.
You may place your orders here.
An email will be sent upon confirmation of your order. We regret that we are not able to cancel any orders once it has been processed by us.
Please be reminded that the daily cut-off timing for orders is 3pm.
As such, any orders placed after 3pm will be delivered after (2) working days once we have processed it. We would need at least (1) working day to prepare the items for delivery and self-collection.

PAYMENT FOR ON-LINE ORDERS AND DELIVERY CHARGES
You may choose to pay either by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PAYPAL.
Once your order has been paid in full and processed, it is considered as confirmed.
Once your order is confirmed, there will be no cancellations or further amendments allowed.
Upon purchase of our products, you have consented to the above payment terms.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
- Tuesday - Sunday
- 9.00 am – 12.00 pm
- 2.00 pm – 3.00 pm
- Delivery service is available daily except for Mondays.
The exact time of delivery cannot be fixed. However we will endeavor to deliver within the selected delivery time.
Delivery surcharge is $20 during the festive periods for Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays: New Year Day, 1st & 2nd days of Chinese New Year, Christmas Day, Hari Raya Puasa / Haji, Deepavali, Labour Day, Vesak Day, Good Friday and National Day.
As we are running a small team, we will try our best to accommodate to your preferred timing.
We shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver your order due to unforeseen circumstances like vehicle breakdown, traffic congestions, accidents, or Acts of God.
All deliveries shall be to local addresses only. We regret that we are unable to deliver to restricted areas such as Changi Airport, Cargo Complexes, Airline Road. No deliveries to offshore islands and Sentosa.
Normal Delivery Charges are $30 per trip. We will only deliver to the nearest car park or void deck. You are required to meet the driver to receive the order.
Special Delivery Charges are $35 per trip. We will deliver to your doorstep. Please ensure that there is someone to receive at the time scheduled.
Due to the driver’s tight schedule, the driver may not be able to wait for you. The driver, however, may give a grace period of 5 minutes and attempt to contact you at that time.
We appreciate that the recipient’s address and contact number is correct.
Should our attempt on delivery for your order on the agreed time and date be unsuccessful due to non-fault of Tiong Bahru Fishball, we regret that we will not be able to leave the purchase with a neighbor, at a guardhouse or otherwise.
Request for re-delivery if needed, will be charged at an additional fee of $30 within the delivery time schedule on the same processing day. Please note that food is best consumed on the day of delivery or collection.
Alternatively, you may call to arrange for a self-collection at Tiong Bahru Fishball within the same day.
SELF-COLLECTION
Please note that the minimum order for self-collection is $50.
Please collect your order according to the time you have stated for self-collection, as we will prepare your order according to your requested time.

PLEASE NOTE
In the event of a delay in collection, we will be able to hold your order upon request. Do however, note that the food is best consumed on the day itself and Tiong Bahru Fishball will not be held liable for any mishaps.
Tiong Bahru Fishball reserves the right to dispose off any uncollected order at our own discretion without a refund if your order has not been collected at the end of the agreed collection day.
Tiong Bahru Fishball shall exercise our rights options without notice.

AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
No amendments and cancellations will be allowed for confirmed orders.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders in the event of a lapse in payment.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
As we deal with perishable goods, we strictly do not accept returns. We strongly urge customers to check their goods upon delivery.

Upon using this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You also agree to accept responsibility for all actions that occur under your account or password.

Food is best consumed on the day of delivery or collection.
We shall not be held responsible for food poisoning as a result of inappropriate or extensive storage of our products.
Customers are encouraged to check their goods at the point of collection / delivery.
We are able to customize a mix of three different varieties of your choice for a party package. Please call us at (65) 9754 4853 for further enquiries.
Our package orders are not inclusive of tables, chairs, tablecloth and warmers.
Tiong Bahru Fishball is not a Halal Certified Company. However, no pork or lard is present as all our food is cooked with vegetable oil.
